Your midlifeglow-up.
Your face, skin and hair are changing, and so is everything underneath. We analyze all of it, then give you one plan to look and feel like you again. Take back control.
It's not "just aging." It's hormones, showing up on your face.
When estrogen starts to shift, your face, skin and hair change fast, often before you notice anything else. Creams alone can't fix what's happening underneath. Knowing the cause is how you get your glow back.
of skin's collagen is lost in the first five years of menopause.
American Academy of Dermatology ↗Softer jawline, flatter cheeks
Volume moves and drops. Jowls and folds appear that weren't there at 40.
Dry, dull, thinner
Your old routine stops working. New spots, lines and sensitivity show up.
A wider part
Thinning on top, sparser brows, and sometimes new hair on the chin.
Tired, puffy, off
Broken sleep, low iron or vitamin D, and a body that responds differently.

Glow score
84 possiblein 6 months on your plan. Your biggest upside is skin and under-eyes.
Visual age
Your skin and under-eyes read 3 years older. Your face structure reads your age.
Stage pattern
Your cycle and symptoms fit early perimenopause. Not a diagnosis; see the doctor questions in your plan.
Repair your barrier first
Dryness is making lines and dullness look worse. Fixing it adds the most glow, fastest.
Your ferritin is 18
Low-normal iron fits your hair shedding and under-eye shadows. Worth raising with your doctor.
Lift the brow tail
Your brows have thinned and dropped at the ends. Reshaping opens up your eyes in one appointment.
Cheek fat pads are starting to descend. Driver: collagen loss as estrogen shifts.
Early jowl formation on the left. Driver: skin laxity plus lower muscle mass.
Hollows plus dark circles. Drivers: 5h48 average sleep, low-normal iron.
Outer third is thinner and lower, making eyes look tired. Fix: reshaping, no needles.
Good shape and volume. Fine lines above the lip are starting. Fix: barrier and SPF.
Better than average for your age. Will deepen if midface volume keeps dropping.
Routine audit · 7 products you use
The classic midlife pattern. Most responsive when caught this early.
Diffuse shedding fits low iron more than hormones alone. Check: ferritin.
Can also be linked to thyroid. Your TSH is in range, so this is likely hormonal.
Your skin's warm undertone suits soft brunette with lowlights over solid dark dye.
Your cut and color
A collarbone-length cut with long face-framing layers adds volume at the cheekbones and draws attention up and away from the jawline. Avoid a center part while the part is widening; a soft side part hides it and adds lift.

Questions.
Who is this for?
Women roughly 38 to 58 who've noticed their face, skin, hair or body changing and want to understand why and what to do. You don't need to know whether you're in perimenopause.
How is this different from a skin analysis app?
Skin apps score your face and recommend products. We analyze your face structure, skin and hair together with what's happening inside (cycle, sleep, nutrients, hormones), so your plan fixes causes, not just surface symptoms. And every report is checked by a person.
Do I need blood tests or a wearable?
No. Photos and the questions are enough for a full report. If you have recent blood tests or a wearable, adding them makes the inside part more specific. If you don't, we tell you which tests to ask for.
Will you tell me to get fillers or Botox?
Your plan starts with skincare, style, sleep, nutrition and movement. If an in-clinic option could help, we explain what it can and can't do, neutrally. We never sell treatments or take referral fees.
Is this medical advice?
No. betterskin gives information, not a diagnosis. Anything involving prescriptions, HRT or procedures should be decided with a licensed clinician. We prepare a summary you can bring to them.
Are my photos private?
Your photos and answers are used only to prepare your report. We never sell your data, never use your photos in marketing, and delete everything when you ask.
What if it doesn't help?
If your report doesn't tell you something new, you get a full refund. You can cancel anytime.
